Operative Media approached Dig for design support for growing sections in their online media planning, publishing and tracking ERP application. 'Actionable' was the functional word. With this intent, the interaction experience was conceptualized, wireframed and tested for validation of assumptions and success of use. Management Business Intelligence Dashboards were designed to push relevant information to different stakeholders including advertising agencies, publishing houses, media hubs and advertiser clients. Design fidelity reviews were conducted to ensure consistency at micro and macro levels during development.

INTERACTION // The Media ERP has its users working across tons of incoming data. Dig's User Experienceapproach focused on improving efficiency; by reducing the drill-down approach, make available information by placing at contextually actionable places, provide for global actions without losing context, minimise all interactions in modal work-flows, process in parallel any activity which is system intensive / time consuming.

PROCESS // Dig designed the interactions across various sections by planning task flows and evaluating prototype /wire-frames with inputs from development and management teams, aligning the short term wins to the vision of the application and user goals.

UI DOCUMENTATION // As a hygiene UI practice with robust applications, Dig design made an index which formed the working guide to ensure consistent user experience and interaction across the application. Interactions were described in detail, desired outcome illustrated, styles and design elements documented.
